My Account

Your account has a number of settings you can change.

 

Start by clicking your user name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select 'My account' as shown.

Here's the 'My Account' page.

Check the numbered items below for a description of each function.

Key

		Description
1	Balance	Displays your current balance.
2	Notification	A notification email can be sent when your balance drops below a set amount. You can set this value yourself.
3	Billing Links	This section provides links to Payment, Balance, Previous payments, and Balance transfers.
4	Account Email	This cannot be changed.
5	Password	Your password can be changed here.
6	Display Name	This is the displayed name, which you can update as needed.
7	Full Name	Your full name, which you can also edit as needed.
8	Mobile Number	You can change this as needed.
9	Timezone	This ensures that times are shown in your correct timezone.
10	Recordings Publishing Setting	If you're a Trainer, you can choose whether to allow course recordings from your machine to be published on the dadesktop.com/videos site.
11	Joined	The date you joined DaDesktop.
12	Delete Account	If you'd like to delete your DaDesktop account, click here. All your details will be removed.
13	My Organisation	You can also add an Organisation to your account. Here you'll see details of your organisation.
14	Introduction Tour	The introductory tour can be turned back on, if needed, by unticking the box. The tour guide will then be shown again.
