Training Room View
Training Room is a handy way to join a course.
It lets you:-
- Take charge of your Virtual Desktops (trainers can also control participants' desktops)
- View the trainer's desktop in grid or side-by-side mode
- Record your desktop
- Pop the desktop out to another browser window, or to a second monitor if you prefer
- Chat

All this happens right in your browser. By default, once they’ve joined their course, participants are taken straight to the Training Room – this keeps things simple for new users. It’s a method widely adopted throughout New Zealand.
Trainers can also see all participants' machines at a glance, and even interact with any of them – handy for helping a participant who needs a hand or is falling behind. The ability to view every student machine at once is second to none, and it really helps trainers recreate the feel of a traditional classroom.

To exit the Training Room view, just click the `Desktop` tab again – it’ll take you back to the training page.
